I read a lot of reviews saying that there was something stringy in their bottles. I have been buying this for a year or so and never had a problem with the ones I got from Amazon. I did have to return some to Walmart for that reason though. So I'm hesitant to recommend buying it from Amazon since it's not returnable through them but is returnable through Walmart.
This is Keto friendly, but not lactose or dairy free. I was getting an uncomfortable stomach from it until I started taking a dairy pill with it Slimfast didn't bother my stomach, but I like the taste of this better. At least one flavor has caffeine for energy, but most don't, which is good if having at dinnertime.
