I tried another brand of diet chocolate covered nuts and was really disappointed, because the taste of the sugar substitute was awful. The Atkins product tastes just like the m&m candies. This size box of 16 packets is priced well, also. I carry a packet in my purse so that I'm not tempted at the grocery store to buy other candy. I load the car with groceries and take a break for the treat. It also comes in handy when you feel like you need a pick-me-up, because the peanuts provide protein for energy. I'd recommend these to anyone who is trying to keep the weight off. It doesn't feel like you are depriving yourself, so it's easy to stay on track.

First time buyer. I love M&M Nut candy, but thought why not, let's get something a bit healthier. The price is high, but then what isn't for anything vaguely healthy. I put these in a finger bowl and just grab 1 or 2 during the day. It's a nice candy pick up. Taste is excellent, cant really tell them from the regular. BUT I've been eating healthier lately, so my sugar meter is pretty low.
